RDE "Ootje" Oxenaar (1929–2017) is a Dutch graphic designer. In 1970 he joined the Department of Art and Design at what was then the Dutch Postal and Telecommunications Service (PTT). He was head of the department from 1976 until 1994. He designed two series of Dutch banknotes between 1966 and 1985. In 1987 he received the H.N. Werkman Prize and the Osaka International Design Award. From 2000 to his retirement he taught at the Rhode Island School of Design.
